How will I get the leads?

Leads will be delivered to a designated email address and will be delivered to you within seconds of entering the LeadRanger system. The referral information will also be stored in a secure online database, for you to access & manage anytime.

When can I expect to get my first lead?
Once you have placed an order for specific ZIP codes, leads are delivered as soon as a consumer in your area requests a quote. Leads will be sent directly to your e-mail address within 3 seconds. LeadRanger has programs in place to gather leads from all parts of the country but can not guarantee lead availability.

Will I be issued credits for bad leads?
When a lead is sent for credit, the lead administrator checks the data. If it is found to be invalid, a credit is entered for your account. You will receive a lead as soon as one becomes available in that state or ZIP code.

How many agents receive the same referral?
Exclusive leads received by LeadRanger are only given to one agent. LeadRanger has no control over the person entering their information into other Internet lead gathering web sites.

I received a referral that had incorrect information. Do I have to pay for this?
If you receive an invalid referral you may request a lead credit within 30 days by e-mailing the lead to credits@leadranger.com with a note explaining why the lead is unusable.

What constitutes an "invalid" lead?

• A bad telephone number combined with a bad e-mail address. (You need to have one method or the other to make contact with the client)
• When a client has manually typed in a health condition which is considered uninsurable. (A list of uninsurable health conditions are programmed into the response page through a drop-down box, when a client chooses one of these health conditions, the system will kick it out and the lead will never be sent. We also provide a place to list any other health conditions. Leads with text in the box are distributed, however, if the condition listed is uninsurable, send it back for credit.)
• Bogus Information - If you receive a lead and no one by that name lives at that address, send it back for credit.
• It is an exact duplicate of another Lead Ranger Lead received.
• You receive a lead outside the SCF's you ordered.

If you receive a lead from Lead Ranger that doesn't fit one of the criteria above and you believe the information is BOGUS, please submit the lead and tell us why. Every Lead Ranger Returned Lead will be reviewed and a decision will be made on that lead.
